  4. Users of Phone Flash must accept this disclaimer of warranty: 
  5. "Phone Flash is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all warranties, 
  6. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties 
  7. of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.  The author assumes 
  8. no liability  for damages, direct or consequential, which may 
  9. result from the use of Phone Flash."

  14. Anyone distributing Phone Flash for any kind of remuneration must first 
  15. contact Pendragon Software at the address below for authorization.

  17. by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors, and 
  18. such distributors may begin offering Phone Flash immediately.  However, 
  19. Pendragon Software must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept 
  20. up-to-date with the latest version of Phone Flash.
